SHIPPING

We will dispatch the parcel very soon after we clear your full payment. Please note that the courier pickup and delivery may not be available during weekend and pubic holidays. We will also provide the tracking number and the courier company‘s contacts before/after sending the parcels. Normally it will take less than 3-7 workings to be delivered to national wide. Please do not hesitate to contact us if the parcel can not be delivered on time.

Please provide your physical address for the courier delivery as our courier may not be deliver your parcel to a PO box address.

Returns

*We offer a 7 day warranty of Money back and 30 days of new replacement if the products are not as described or have manufacture problem. The shipping fee is not refundable.
*Any Faulty and/or damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery; we will provide replacement or repair the faulty/damaged item. Fairway Trading Ltd is not liable for any claims made after that time frame. So please check the product as soon as you receive it.
*We do not have to provide a refund if you just simply change your mind.

Warranty

All of our products come with a min 12 Months warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear or intentional damage to the product.
